D3O® smart foam material hardens on impact yet flexes while riding. Fit and technology aside the redesigned EVO collection helped launch the PADLOCK Connection System, which completely prevents pad migration before and during an impact. With EVO and PADLOCK you will never have to compromise ever again.
The PADLOCK connection system is unique to 661. Our PADLOCK technology inner-connects to 661 protection pieces so your pads won’t migrate while riding or in the event of a crash. The core of our system is the EVO Jackets and shorts that can snap into an array of our elbow and knee pads.

- D3O LP1 protective inserts provide EN1621-1 Level 1 limb protection, and D3O Viper backplate supplies EN1621-2 Level 2 back protection. Maximum flexibility, comfort & breathability. D3O T5 Evo X inserts provide hip protection in the shorts.
- Additional strategically placed laminated EVA inserts give further additional protection above and to the hips and chest in the jacket, and to the cocyxx and thigh in the shorts.
- Lightweight breathable and wicking compression fabrics.
- Hydration bladder compatible with two rear stash pockets for keys, cards, gels, etc.
- Padlock connectors provide system interconnectivity between upper body, shorts & knee pads.
- Evo shorts feature a premium multi-density female specific chamois pad, and extra deep waistband

Thank You Supply will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached.
